Can you clean the gutters on our resort without disturbing guests?
We plan for it. Tell us your quieter periods and which units are empty, and we work around occupied rooms and busy walkways. Guests see a crew working tidily, not a mess outside their door.
We lease our shop. Who should book the gutter cleaning?
Check your lease. Often the landlord is responsible for the roof and gutters, sometimes the tenant is. Whoever books, tell us who should receive the quote and the findings.
Can you send proof of insurance?

Our church has very tall gables. Can you reach the gutters?

Do you clean flat-roofed buildings?
We clean the gutters and downspouts that serve them, where we can reach them safely. Drains in the middle of a flat roof are a roofing matter, and we tell you if we see water ponding.
How often should a commercial building be cleaned?
Once a year in late fall for most buildings. Sites under big fir, cedar or maple, or with overflow over an entrance, usually need a spring visit as well.

Water drips onto our front entrance whenever it rains. Is that a gutter problem?
Very often. A blocked outlet or a leaking seam over a doorway sends water onto the step, which is unpleasant for customers and slippery in a cold snap. We clear and flush that run first and check the joint above the door.
